CSMB works directly with clients in formulating and designing tailored training programs to ensure that regulatory requirements are met and that learning objectives are achieved.  The firm’s programs train members of the Board of Directors, all levels of management, and general staff members.  Our training process involves Boardroom, Classroom, and Workshop style skill-building programs that include a tailored curriculum and incorporate your organization’s training requirements.  CSMB’s highly interactive training sessions are delivered in an engaging atmosphere, designed for participants to absorb, retain, implement, and strengthen specific skill sets.

Our Client Specific Training Services feature:

  • High value, highly interactive sessions that focus on group participation, exercises, and case studies
  • Post training exam to measure participants’ learning
  • Certificate of completion
  • CPE Credits (when applicable)
  • The training programs are provided on-site or on-line via pre-recorded sessions.
Our training sessions include end-to-end service and support, such as:

  • Development and production of learning materials
  • Communication regarding logistics and timelines
  • Onsite support throughout the duration of the onsite training program (classroom or workshop style)

CSMB training programs are accredited by the Florida International Bankers Association (FIBA) and qualify for the FIBA/FIU designations, AMLCA and CPAML, and toward continuing professional education hours for recertification.
